Iron Fight Club ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal information of our members and their families. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Enquiries and trial bookings: name, contact details and the class you are interested in.
- Membership: member name, contact details, emergency contact and payment records.
- Member Portal: a child's first name, age group, progress, attendance and an optional photo.
- Shop orders: name, contact details and delivery address.
Why we collect it
To run classes safely, track student progress, communicate with members, take payments and fulfil orders. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
The Member Portal and children's data
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to membership are deleted within 12 months. Member data is kept while membership is active and deleted within 12 months after it ends, unless legal record-keeping requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the information held about you or your child.
